newbie question: clutch and front brake adjustment wheels

  1. do they tune the tension of the levers, or the position (how far from the handle)?

    I have them set at 2 for the brake and 3 for clutch

  2. I'm positive they adjust the tension of the lever mate.

  3. They are purely for the distance the lever is from the bar, the owner's manual tells all. :upyeah:
