This website lists hundreds of decals with pictures and dimensions. Might help in working out what eras and models each decal is for.

My local Print firm did mine for my 996, it's amazing what can be done now with the interweb and all that

 

Yes but has to be 100% accurate or no point.

 

I can't tell the difference, they pick the colour up from on line somewhere, a photo of the decal for font etc, and one measurement of one part of the real decal to get the scale right ( took mine from the existing)

 

Hi Chris, I wish I'd known that they had a few of those... I'm interested in a few of them and can tell you what quite a number of them are off. The Sport Classic and Agip tank ones I'm interested in:







Going to need to ask Mr Marky to repaint this old knacker in the near future once I've dealt with the engine and cycle parts... should be able to employ some of them at least.

 

That's a good starting point and the first small step matching the existing size.
