V4 Pikes Peak

Same as the V4 but I machined a single side adaptor for the PP , engineer , doubles up as the holder for the ex Bmw single side paddock stand .
Win win

 

They told me they werent available for any V4 version yet.

 

I’m using the BMW set up , it’s the same swing arm pivots pins ( I ordered the ones for the V4 . They are the same but they did not tell me that ) the peg for the single sided will be different I think the Bm was 50 Dia ant the V4 40 Dia ( don’t quote me as can’t remember )!

Is the Evotech radiator protector the same as for the Multistrada V4?

 

Yes it is ,just changed mine over from the V4s ..

 

Anybody else in the UK place a order for a PP before Ducati launch and not got a delivery date yet or is it just my dealer (M&P motorcycles) I was promised one of the first into the country, and with the new plate coming next week there will be a flurry of them about.

 

when did you order. i ordered last July and its sitting in dealers for delivery next week with new plate. should have thought you would be expecting soon/next couple months if ordered back in Oct/Nov but interested to hear what anyone else is saying who ordered around same time as you.

 

i ordered a few days before the launch thinking that as soon as it was launched there’d be a glut of orders going in and I wanted to make sure I was one of the first batch into the uk, a mate of mine ordered one a few weeks after me from another dealer and his is here and ready for collection the first of march. Maybe I went to the wrong dealer?

Ordered my PP on the 19th Feb - lead time 3 - 8 months!

 

Could be 3 months, could be 8, gotta love the Italians

 

I did the same, and it’s due to go into build any day. My dealer is still confident it will be here early to mid march. Gives me a chance to keep finding money to spend on carbon!

 

I ordered day after launch, number 17 out of an initial allocation of 18 bikes.

I’m told April delivery.

 

Ordered mine 12thOct 21 , collected it on the 17th Feb 22 , was delayed from the promised 24th Dec and new date was ( to arrive at the dealer ) 18thFeb but came 2 weeks earlier but had a few issues so delayed a week . Hope this helps give a time line . ( Ducati Worcester)
