So maybe I will be able to make it but by plane only hence idea. Bologna airport is like 3km from factory.... How long does a factory tour take or the least just the museum tour and any ideas if there are fixed starting times? I would possibly do that on Thursday to make it to WDW in the evening. All that assuming I can get days off new work and find accomodation.
The meuseum is not a tour, you can go in as you like, about an hour would see it easily. don't know about organised factory visits, iv'e been twice, but just turned up and joined others allready there, again, about an hour, the factory part that you are shown round is not that big really.
When I went we had to book for the factory tour by contacting Ducati via their web site - and I have heard tales of people being turned away if they hadn't booked. Equally I have heard of people just turning-up and getting-in - typical Italian inconsistency it seems (I wonder if Audi will ever change that?)
