  1. Pretty much my thoughts .
Was even told you could lose everything if a third party involved and your bike found to be illegal . Seems mad that some still go ahead .

  2. Need to go back dozen pages for the few pages of intense debate on this one....again :D

  3. I don’t think anyone on here buys a full system without understanding the implications of doing so.

Without tempting fate, the last standard system I had on a bike was…………a GPZ600 in the late 80s!

  5. This is the PP with the anodised black bars and yoke that i mentioned a while back. Does look smart. Black bars are at 2.00.

  6. ticked every box on the options list :D agree, like the bars - would swerve much of the rest of it

  7. Like the bars as well but they missed a trick with the 'select all' options list; no painted calipers.....;). Can't see the reason for putting on the rather agricultural looking bash plate either but each to their own.

  8. Dry clutch, carbon wheels, full Akra, flat bars and a top box plate

  9. Each to their own and if you can afford it then why not :)
I just wonder how many miles it will be ridden to its full potential in its lifetime?

  10. Yeah the bash plate looks odd, as does the massive rear numberplate. And no Rizoma reservoirs.

  11. Not many I’d guess.

  12. Blacked out footpegs and gear/brake levers are a nice touch too.

  13. I went with the Rizoma pegs as well, they’ve very nice. Just waiting for some decent aftermarket rear brake and gear levers, then I’ll get those.

  14. I have a trip coming up to Spain and Portugal and I have givi tank bag that I used on a previous bike but when fitted to my PP the right side of the handle bar (throttle) hits the bag when turning full lock. Any solutions out there other then buying another tank bag?

  15. Don’t turn full lock!

  16. Can you move the base plate on the bottom of the bag? You can do that with the SW Motech bags.

  17. Order placed.

2023 isn't that far away, huh?

  18. No the base plate is firmly attached, back to the drawing board I guess.

  19. It’ll fly by. Actually, it won’t, as the 6 months I had to wait for mine was bloody torture! :joy:
