I’ve got loads of footage of people on bicycles ignoring red lights, riding the wrong way up a one way street, on their phones, pulling wheelies, doing skids and being generally bloody inconsiderate. Who can I submit this footage to and what will they do about it?

Is the footage collection solely on the fiendish cyclists breaking these laws or have you any of pedestrians, scooterists, moped/motorcyclists, car drivers or truck drivers.
When I was on fbibook in the hgv professional drivers section. You'd get a regular clown (7.5ton driver) sharing videos & talking in the moment about other peoples driving or lack of. Totally without reflection of his own belligerent nasty lackadaisical fuckery of sharing the road with aging drivers. People who's eyesight could be questionable so you should tend too give more space or common sense towards them....but oh no, he was a gawd among others. And if only for his low intelligence imho he'd be a high speed police pursuit driver thwarting robbers & the like. I don't miss these epic interactons of announcing what a pathetic person he was for been so infantile towards fellow citizens and advising him he has an anger issue. I have to say when getting a little frisky with my throttle, when overtaking cars I do tend too now observe is they have dash-cams & mitigate my progress when going past them upto a certain length of time. Then plough on like its stolen.

I will never ride with someone with a camera, as that will be used against the group if something happens etc..
I have cameras on my bike and in all my cars. They are not Go-pro types and they are there for MY safety, not to post drivel on Youtube or similar. The bike cams are fixed and pretty much invisible. If someone pulls out or risks my safety (and we all know they do). I want proof its not me at fault.
