Such A Pretty Little Bike…

  1. Wandered into a Yamaha dealership today just to kill a bit of time and spotted this…

In this colour scheme it’s a little beauty  !
Very impressed with the fit and finish of it in the flesh, first time I’ve seen one, great job Yamaha :upyeah:
Riding position didn’t look too extreme either.
Now if they did the same job on the 3 cyl MT 09 with 115 horses that would be a bit more interesting
Or, if they made a 3 cyl 1100cc version knocking out 140 - 150 horsepower,….just take my money Yamaha, job done :upyeah:

However, it does have the longest hero blobs I’ve ever seen :astonished:

    Overall,..very impressed though :upyeah:

  8. Looks cool, I've spoken with a mate about buying something like this for Sunday fun.
Would it be like riding a rgv250 back in the day, trying to maintain your corner speed and having thrills at lesser speeds I wonder?. The trouble is are you going to get fed up if you go out with people on much faster bikes?. Hmm... I guess try one out to see.
Oopps just written that out and thought it was an R3....

  9. Hey @doggy, is that you on that Team Burner? Love those Raleigh bmx! Have 3 myself… :D

  11. Is it just me, or does the seat unit look to long for the wheelbase. Abit like a k8 onwards gsxr

  12. Could just be the camera angle making it look a bit odd, looked fine in the flesh and don’t forget it has pillion pegs so seat unit needs to be big enough for a passenger.
To me, the V4 Panigale has gone too far the other way…

This just looks a bit too truncated and not in proportion to the rest of the bike, makes the bike look a bit nose heavy,..unlike the timeless aesthetics, beauty and proportional balance of the V2, 8/9/11/1299 bikes , but then again I could be biased ;):joy::joy: !
