many of Gerry Anderson's creations were made up the road from Brookland's Racetrack at the Alan Mann workshop, including this one. I can tell you that Len Bailey, who I worked with later, and Maurice Gomm were also involved together with Derek Meddings.
I can remember waiting for a bus here while the full-size Fab 1 drove by, heading for London.

Works rally cars made (a mere) 158 brake from the 1584 variant with alternator disconnected.
