I've got the same issue - I click on a name, and the box that you've screen printed comes up. Bu I can't see anything that says 'start a conversation'. Can you point out to me what is probably bleedin' obvious ?
A few weeks ago we had a spate of scammers joining the forum and just messaging members offering to sell goods. They took money from several people and disappeared. We decided then that a “new member” must make a minimum of 30 posts before they can send a message that way we get to know more about them. If you’d like a member to contact you then I would suggest you post in the thread heading their name with a @ sign (eg @El Toro ) and that will notify them that you would like to speak with them.
