We'll be there tomorrow and Sunday but staying at the Premier in Wrothem Heath. Just might spend a small amount of time in the Kentigen Andy
Took Mrs Slingy’s ghetto spec BMW for an MOT.. it passed, so i didn’t have to order takeaway tonight, still not sure if that was a good or bad thing
I woke up a little late this morning after watching telly into the small hours, so now watching women's world rugby with the England match against the French team.
They are there… and more to the point, used all the time. Our biggest annoyance is wankers who can’t indicate, so this is probably the only BMW that you will see with a strange orange flash occasionally
Was going to ride, but the weather was shite, so took a mate to the Ducati shop for a gander, then scared the shit out of him in the car. Apologised by buying several pints. Spag boll and a bottle of red now.
After coming back home to the UK for our epic Alps trip, I’m now back in Brisbane Australia since the end of September, so we had a little outing this afternoon to a place/event called “Eat street market “ It’s on the riverbank just outside central Brisbane itself.. From the outside it looks like a shipping container city, but inside there are so many food stalls from all around the world you can get an amazing variety of different dishes,..none of them for the diet conscious and plenty of sugary-shite on offer as well Just a random selection of pics and I’ve tried to include as many food ones as I can for @Multirider75 as I know he likes a good nosebag These “Slinky’s “ were interesting,..basically the guy with the electric drill drives a potato on a skewer through a steel slicer that makes the potato into a spiral, dip it in seasoned batter and fry it and voila!…a heart attack on a stick Another one I’d never heard of,..” Ponuts”.. a popcorn/doughnut hybrid,…zero calories in them apparently Bit of a dilemma here ..do I hit Shuck all oyster bar, or the Salty sailor seafood??? Salty sailor for some Moreton Bay bugs and sweet potato fries! Nom-nom, mmmmm! Shortly followed by a large Cappuccino and a massive salted caramel doughnut,…….feel a bit sick now ! Loadsa Macarons if you like those.. Even had a great selection for our four legged friends Fancy a roasted Kangaroo knee cap anyone?? A great couple of hours out for the family and a really buzzing atmosphere with a live band on my two grandsons ( 5 and 2 years) managed to eat their own body weight in Calamari, chips, ice cream, and somehow managed to keep it all down ,..laters people
