996 Rear Axle Issue

Can anyone help? Trying to reassemble a rear axle into swingarm, but the brake disc bolts are rubbing hard against the brake carrier. I don't think I'm missing a spacer, but if I torque this lot up the brake disc will be seized solid against the brake carrier. I cant find any decent exploded parts views & haynes manual doesn't show any spacers so I'm scratching my head here. Any advice appreciated.
