anyone know if there is a setup for these on the multi v4 i had a setup like this on a bmw r1250gs and they were fantastic. everything plugged into the cansmart so no wiring at all. just plug and play, wondered if there is a kit for the v4 multi?
i let Clearwater Lights use my 1260s as a test mule in developing their CANopener product ... a plug and play control for any Clearwater LEDs (and i would imagine any other brand/model LED for motos). the CANopener provides control of the settings/options for the LEDs by using the lefthand switch group (turn signal, menu button, etc). i am fairly certain the CANopener should work on a V4 Multi as well. Clearwater CANopener Instructions: TSC = Turn Signal Cancel 1. On/Off Toggle these by holding the TSC button for two seconds Mode 1 – On Mode 2 – Off 2. Dimming control Step 1: To enter into dimming mode, first press and release the TSC button. Step 2: Press the DOWN button for 2 seconds, or wait for the lights to flash. The brightness level can then be adjusted by press UP/DOWN button. Step 3: To exit dimming mode, press and release the TSC button. 3. High Beam Mode The lights can be programmed for three modes of operation in conjunction with high beams. Toggle these modes by pressing and releasing the TSC button, holding the front brake, then pressing and releasing the high beam five times. Mode 1 – Off Mode 2 – All lights turn on 100% when the high beam is pressed Mode 3 – All lights will flash for 2 seconds when pressing and releasing high beam 3 times 4. Horn Mode The lights can be programmed for three different modes when the horn is pressed. Toggle these modes by pressing and releasing the TSC button, holding the front brake, then pressing and releasing the TSC 5 times. Mode 1 – Off. Mode 2 – All lights turn on 100% when the horn is pressed. Mode 3 – All lights will flash when the horn is pressed.
