O2 Sensors.

Discussion in 'Ducati General Discussion' started by Zeus, Sep 26, 2023.

  1. Whilst out riding the 899 yesterday the engine light flickered on for a few seconds and then went out. When I stopped for fuel later on the light came back on when I restarted the bike but went off again after an Italian tune up.
Anyway after doing some checks it’s the front o2 sensor that’s playing up so today I thought I’d remove it and yes you can guess what happened it snapped off as soon as I applied and pressure to it. Managed to get the snapped end out eventually and save the thread.
Now I’m not paying what Ducati want for a new one because rip off but Ive been looking at second hand ones and can’t find a panigale sensor but I found loads of other Ducati ones. will any four pin flat connector o2 sensor work from a Ducati? They can’t be that different surely?
If anyone has a panigale o2 sensor they would sell me let me know and I’ll happily pay the forum fees etc I just need to get this sorted and ordered today if possible.
