  1. I have bought a set of Rmdr10a-js plugs and am trying to work out the correct plug sock size to remove and fit old/new.

can someone advise as everywhere I research gives a different answer, some say 12mm some 14 and some 16, I’m guessing it’s 12 but I also cannot seem to find where to buy one from either

  2. You can buy a 12/14 box spanner for a very small amount
Just get one I doubt it's. 16 but I may be wrong

  3. Thanks

they won’t work because it’s a 12point and needs thin wall.

I have just found the official Ducati tool on eBay for £20 (£60 new wtaf) so I’ve bought it as it will get use in future. I also confirmed it’s 12mm and 63mm long so bit of a tricky socket to source (not impossible thought I’m sure)

  4. Great you are sorted
You've just given.me another reason not to look at A Ducati past my 1098

  6. Tool kit lol, what’s that

  7. Christ you don’t even get a tool kit with new bikes, my 899 has the special narrow spark plug tool in the toolkit.

  8. Hi, new here, but just finished swapping out the cylinder heads on my 2018 V4S and had a tip from one of the forums that these work great -
TEKTON 3/8 Inch Drive x 12 mm Deep 12-Point Socket
    and they did!
Yours for just $7 on Amazon here in the states, maybe other makes work too but for sure have used this one and it fits.
