Did search buit nothing came up so apologies if this is a repeat. Picking up my new (to me) 2015 DVT next week so busy bashing my credit card for new bits. Top of the list is some protection for the rads. I had Evotech kit on my previous bike and really liked it so I'm looking at the rad/oil cooler/head protector combo. Question is: Mine is wearing the Tourtech protection bars so are these going to clash or cause fitting problems with any of the Evotech kit? Any experiences/advice welcome. Thanks.
Rad guard fits, I have one installed, cylinder head guard doesn’t (according to evotech themselves). I thought it looked like it might fit ok once installed depending on how far back it sits - keep meaning to go back and look at fitting instructions and see if it is pushed forwards using spacers etc, then try and measure up, but if evotech state it doesn’t fit they’re probably right, I’m just not too bright.
Thats great info, thanks, I think you've just saved me some money. Rads are the main worry obviously. In that case I might look at the Iconic head protector for a bit of protection.
Gone for Evotech rad/OC guards - the dealer is going to fit them while it's waiting for other parts. Be really interested to hear if you can make the cylinder guard work.
