V4 Pikes Peak

That looks great. Chances are, I’ll be ordering another PP in September, ready for next year, so I may well hit the button on one of these.

 

That looks awesome, I was going to order the Pikes Peak style one, but now I think I'm going to order the red V4S one like yours @gc6269 .

I’ll have one of those tomorrow. Worth it.

 

If you order one, make sure you also order 2 x 76414501AA, these are the rubber bungs that the pillion seat locates into. I think they’re around £2.50 each.

The unit is a really straight forward fit, but the rubbers are glued into your original and a pain to remove. If I’d had two spares, I could have swapped the whole thing in less than an hour.

 

Is this an update on our model?

 

Yeah there’s rumours that they’ll be updating the multi next year, so I’m hanging fire to see what that entails.

 

From what I've been told its just gonna be a facelift and new bikes will be euro 5.5 or euro 5 plus, whatever they want to call it.

 

Shaft drive & PTO for sidecar 3rd wheel.

Says Panigale but I thought we had the same calipers.

They could be of use when I’m braking heavily into the Fogarty Esses, I usually make up a place or two on this corner.

That or they look cool.

Can’t remember which.

 

Panigale fork bottoms are different. That might effect how they fit.

 

There’s always Duct tape/cable ties for that authentic pit garage look

 

I was going to go with the self tapping option.
