anyone had sticking throttle on there 848?. it didn't feel mechanical only happened the once after about 150mls, maybe about 1/2 open, still under warranty so no reel bogy, could save me 200ml round trip. dealer shut today.
I had exactly that at a CSS day last year, opened it up for a straight and when I came off it nothing happened for a second or 2 then it made a plastic like clunck and was fine. Made me a touch twitchy for a couple of sessions after but never did it again in the whole time I owned it. No idea what it was, got the mechanics to look at it on the day and they had no idea either. *shrugs*
Yeah, me too. Thankfully just a CSS day so I wasn't giving it a massive amount of beans and there was plenty of run off anyway. Like I said though only did it once and never again in the rest of the time I had it.
cheers.making sort of scratching squeaking noise throttle body area when switched off. drove to work on it this morning no noise and perfect.
