Saw this cover on an RS. Don’t think I’ve ever seen it before, would it fit the PP? Certainly looks like it will.
Do the Gilles footrests come with adapters to fit to the bike or did you have these? https://www.seastarsuperbikes.co.uk/store/product/ducati-adaptors-for-footrests-du96280691aa/ I noticed that your selling the DP billet footrests, I've got a set of thise but like the look of thos Gilles ones too.
I've got the Gilles footrests and levers too. No, you don't need adapters for the footrests. Take the pin out holding the original one in place and slide the new peg in. Straight swap. Hardest part was getting the split pin out. The original PP pegs are 10mm further up and 10mm further back so you loose that.

The big bag is a Ventura system. I've used it on all my bikes for the last 15 years or so. I'm pleased with it. The smaller one behind it is just a Givi tank bag. I bought a Givi "tail mount" plate and drilled it so I can fit both at the same time. I normally just have the Givi bag on for essentials. Both bags mount into the 4 existing holes in the standard grab rails.
Riding normally its fine. There's plenty of room for me to move backwards and forwards. If I activity lean back I can rest against the bag but I wouldn't be able to ride like that for long . I'm 5'9 so for someone over 6ft it nay be an issue. But it depends on the length of your arms I guess. It's perfect for me
I can't see any reason why you can't mount these brackets the other way round which would move the whole thing back by 5cm
