Hi all. My mate just came down on his 999. I haven't gad a bike for over two years. I had my dream bike, a 748r followed by a 848. I remember when the 998 came out and thinking no, it just ugly. However, what a bike. It's really come into its own. My mates bike is a 03 totally std apart from a carbon hugged clutch cover and front sprocket cover. It gorgeous. Well done mate enjoy it.
Lots of 999 fans on here. I liked them when they came out and saw one in the flesh. When the facelift came out with red frame in 05 I wanted one and got one 2 years later when the price fell with the 1098 going on sale. They're still v cheap, £5k can get you a lowish mile tricked or std mint bike with fsh.
