Looks really good in that colour, just specced it up and its coming in at £29k for the bike and the touring package only, wow!!! I think I may be wrong but have they bumped the price by at least £1k over the 22 model?
So now to see if the dealers drop the prices on the second hand Pikes Peak? I see the new Multi has the rear cylinder de-activation as well, reducing fuel consumption by up to 6%...
Sounds like Ducati listen to what owners think needs improving…but at a cost. The slimmer front looks better and anything that improves fuel consumption is a positive.
Wonder if the smart money is now looking around for a previous model with low miles at £20-£22k, there’s a few about for that money…
This week’s MCN has a comparison test between the V4 PP and the M1000XR. Spoiler alert… Buy the Ducati.
This is puzzling me too. What about the suspension enhancements? Clearly the PP has suspension from a different manufacturer compared to the V4S. It seems to completely unmentioned in the promotional videos and blurb.
if you are interested in wet modes, collision warnings, ride hights etc - or even, dare i say it, touring - maybe the RS isn't for you. I've got the RS and don't want to tour (it goes in the back of the van to germany and france) or need those kind of refinements. just wanted a more comfy but still crazy bike to hoon around on But as I've said before, you pays your money, you makes your choice for what suits you, your riding and your wallet. And with used RS now around with full system and other bits for under £30k.........
