it was incredible to watch them skilfully manoeuvre the two 12 axle dollys to negotiate the bends. They were over 2 hours late because of the immovable roundabouts en route. They have another 3 to go!
I recall seeing a much smaller heavy plant mover that had multiple axles all of which seemed to be 'steered' independently. Although I'm not so sure they were just allowed to move with the large turning forces rather than from any mechanical intervention.
