The HQ was at Medenham between Marlow and Henley on Thames. It’s a very nice hotel called Danesfield House these days. Lots of historic photos of the reconnaissance missions on the walls.

 

The Germans had a HQ at Medenham........the sneaky b'stards.

 

I guess we'll not ever see if the Rusky did pull a moonie...
