Unsurprisingly there are lots of conflicting bits on t'interweb about the part I need so I thought I would ask the hive mind. I am after the small round rubber pads (grommets?) that are at the back of the top box base plate for a '17 plate 1200S that prevent the top box from bouncing and making a noise. I am missing one so it slightly rocks when fitted and just sounds annoying. Can anyone please point me in the right direction, there are many options just unsure which is correct and want to buy right first time not continuously waste pennies on unsuitable alternatives. Cheers.
Just removed this from a 2012 top box plate but it should be similar to yours. Probably need to talk to your dealer parts people unless Google AI can identify it. Andy
I bought them from eBay, twice they were the wrong length. It was easier to buy them from the dealer, they even fitted two FOC at the last service.
Well they arrived today so replaced all 4 as the 3 that were left were a little squashed, great fit and solid fit for the top box now so great shout @Android853sp, many thanks
