  3. I work in the world of franchised distribution and representation.

    Some companies think their product is the best in class and treat their distributors like parasites.

    They warmly congratulate themselves when they load costs on to them and don’t appear to care about the distributor’s situation. It’s “your privilege to have the range” in your portfolio and stock, marketing commitments and targets are tough and relentless. I guess we are seeing the result of that

  4. It's a shame, I bought two KTMs from them over the years, a nice bunch of people.

That's a shame, they sorted my 1290R out when I had an issue with the Oil temp sensor, also pushed through a warranty claim for a leaking radiator for me, Kestrel KTM didn't want to know, although they are another dealership that no longer exist, Paris is a good guy along with the rest of the employee's, shame they've gone.
