Yeah, I've done it a couple of times already...I did want to take a slower bike like last time, but unfortunately the others need even more maintenance or major work.
I bought a new Mountfield Petrol lawnmower last night on line with Screwfix (as my piddling electric one wasn't up to the job here). Screwfix delivered it this morning. I've now built it up, and got it working and I've cut the front lawn which took me 10 mins as opposed to 30 mins with the poxy electric one. Result! Now waiting for a couple of deliveries to be made for stuff.
Had a kwikfit mobile tyre replacement booked in for today (company lease car) or more accurately last Monday (which they cancelled) . Anyways they turned up right at the end of the time slot given with the wrong number of tyres (4 when only 1 needed) & of the wrong size in every dimension. They said the were going to to be back with the correct tyre tonight which has just been put back to tomorrow . Cant get shitter than a kwikfit fitter springs to mind, though the fitter in this case is not i believe the cause of the fekups in this case.
Today I got my Guzzi Le Mans out. Wouldn't start. Two new spark plugs, now starts and runs perfectly. To the petrol station for fuel. Ready for a run out, maybe tomorrow ...
Was due to have my first proper interview this morning after a guy reached out to me on LinkedIn yesterday asking to have a chat about an opportunity he had. Fucking missed it didn’t I. Joined the call could hear him but not vice versa I’ve only been using teams for the last 8 years lolz @me. I was soooo annoyed. We go again tmrw.
Make sure u drain the fuel before you tuck it away for the winter. Had murders with my Hyundai I’ve just rolled out of the shed.

Not today, but last night... tested out that wave app with my mate. It's great, if you want to visually see where your mates are on the map and keep your EYES OFF THE ROAD... Otherwise don't bother unless you somehow have full phone signal all the time. Fuckin thing kept cutting out and refuse to just accept it was shit and rejoin mesh. Tested down some backroads and decided to switch back to mesh, where we enjoyed clear communication. Is it just me being a potato or have I just got really bad phone signal (with ee)
I have to meet “the chairman” in dat der London next week but all being well it seems I have a new job.
Went to see the cafe last week. Def a no go but still looking at moving up there. This new role will make that do-able.
Watched two carpet fitters sweat their nads off doing the stairs and all the first floor. Only problem is that Mrs GG is now so impressed, we now "need" to do the lounge, which will also involve changing the 3 piece suite
