  1. Taken off at 10 miles , as new , cost £310.00 will post out for £200 . I prefer the Conti TA3 but thought I would try them . Bargin even with getting them fitted if the Scorpion range is your type of tyre .120/70/19 ZR 170/60/17 ZR

  2. What didn't the tyre do well enough ? Was considering them for the Scrambler. Andy

    • Is the profile not to your liking ?
    • I have Conti TA3 as well and thought to get a set of these next
    • Try the "Snip" tool - you can just highlight a picture - copy and paste it. No need to upload

A snip of your picture ;)

  3. I have always run my new bikes in with the Scorpion 2 as they come with the bike , good tyres but always used CTA3 , so always take them off after the 600 mile run ins. Decided to try the new version as can change tyres at home , the Scorpion 3 is more pointed to road use as the info goes , but still looks good for light tracks to be honest.
They are a good set but still have that safe neutral feel , that is not my type of tyre , I prefer a fast turning tyre by choice.
I have just taken off the Road tech 01 se , great set but so soft and will not last as only done just under 1000 miles on them and already close to gone , fronts fine but the rear is near to another 400 miles before scrap but could feel the set had gone off . Maybe I was hoping for super milage off the ST3 with the same feel as the Conti , but the profile is not my style.
If you like the Conti front end , these are slower steering , the rear has deep tread ( more than the Conti) so should give great milage . Good set for a long Euro trip maybe . If you like Scorpions these are good as as new and cheap.

  6. Hi , these are the ZR rated , they will be fine for the gs as I have run ZR tyres before on my GS . You can’t run V rated on a W rated bike . But you can run W(ZR) rated on a V rated bike . Hope this helps .
