Having a audit of old paperwork and realised I’ve had my 911 for 7 years and done <1000 miles, my S4RS over 4 and about 600 miles, the pani almost the same and done about 150 miles. Has anyone done less on their toys?! Bear in mind, apart from another car (I’ve had 5 in the time of the 911) I don’t use other bikes
I used to work with a guy who had a CBX, he told me he'd just had it mot'd and he'd only done 365 miles last year, I said "f#ck me a mile a day!" ;-)
Life happens. Sometimes a lot of it is in the driving seat, sometimes not so much. Besides, you played a lot more golf than some!
Do you keep all the documentation live? Tax, test, insurance etc? Spunking cash up the wall if you do
Probably done 20 miles on my RD250D in ten years, about a 1,000 on the Himalayan over four years, the last year 20. I’ve probably ridden over 10,000 on my bicycle in six years. But I have ridden my Multistrada & RT a lot more.
I only did less than a thousand miles last year and the year before across both my bikes hence I’m selling one, and will probably just give the other one back (PCP) when I possibly can
14 plate 899 - 30000 miles. 13 plate GS 63000 miles. I’ll get me coat. Run a car for work/slave commute too.
