If the fuel flow has been reduced to the cylinder heads on both bikes and presumably caused a reduction in hp I wonder if we might see the data/evidence of exactly how much and that the regs are working as they should.

If you watch the race again, the first time Toprak overtakes him for the lead (9 laps to go or thereabouts ), it looks like Bulega tried it out there. At the end of the lap you can clearly see him overtake the bmw before the line and he never attempted it again until the final lap.
