Hi all, went to refit my battery box today to the 748 and as I pulled it out of the loft where it’d lived over winter, this bit kind of fell out from it?! Does it belong on the battery box somewhere or is it from another part of the bike and I’ve just forgotten where?!? cheers!
I can't find it the parts list but it screws in to side of the engine and the other end fits into the grommet at the bottom of the battery tray.
Looks a lot like a mounting post. id guess a gromit on the back of the battery box will “pop” over the tulip shaped tip! Fnaar Fnaar
