916 clip on reversal on track?

  1. Sometime ago I did this mod on my road bike.
Changed the left for the right and the right for the left, this raised the bars a tad and IMO made the bike more user friendly and easier to slow speed maneuver (roundabouts).

I have picked up a pair of 999 clip ons for my project (track) bike, the 999 parts are one piece non hinged items, so when fitted not so easy to swap about.

    Stay with me...

Question is, what do you track day boys find works best on track?
As stock, reversed or have you bought adjustable ones and fitted to suit?

    Cheers

  2. just replaced mine and have put new on with 10° , although no idea what angle my old 999 ones were.

  3. Overwhelming...

Think I'll try raised, same as my road bike, guess I'm going to have to grind down the locating pegs in the switches etc.

    Cheers

  4. i use mine standard on track - don't ride on road.
