Hi all (thanks for letting me join). Although I'm no stranger to Italian bikes over the last 20 years, this is my first Ducati, a 2010 Multistrada 1200s which I've bought with intention of doing soke touring on (as well as fun rideouts and a little bit of commuting). Already had a quick search to see what main issues are with this model and what the best mods could be - but there's soooo many posts it's a bit overwhelming, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon. Any help or newbie advice welcomed Photo below - as you'll see there's a Termi pipe fitted and a tinted screen and I think they're the only mods to the bike from standard.
Hi KurtP and welcome I have the same bike and recommend watching YouTube series by Just The Way It Is and Practical Enthusiast. The first will give you a good idea of the common issues and mods, while the second a an excellent guide to doing the Desmo service and other maintenance jobs if you’re planning on doing these things yourself.
