I believe the OEM brembo master is 15x19 piston , pivot so as mine was letting air in I ordetred an RCS 16 as this has a 16 piston and 16-18 pivot and was recommended on numerous forums as well. However desoit a good bleed and good lever feel and clutch seemingly morning at it should (clear cover) I can feel when in paddock standard with clutch in in 1st gear there is massive clutch drag, I can just turn the wheel, like wise starting in 1st clutch in the bike jumps a hair as clutch not fully released. I have rebled and it feels good no air so not think its that . Now I see some places recommend the RCS 19 clutch master but on paper this is much bigger than needed. I'd be gutted if I bought the wrong model as I did a clutch switch mod to.fit one to the underside (nice kit from Germany) so I can't return it. Greatfull for Any thoughts? I do have a sigma slipper.clutch, wondering if it has been dragging since I fitted that as I did half think blipping throttle clutch in wasnt as rapid as expected Will refit own later if I can't sort it and feel the wheel movement/ resistance with clutch in on that as it may have been the same
Well ignore me so 2 things I failed to think about, one turning the wheel by hand when on a single sided swingarm paddock stand is gonna be tough as the pin turns as well so thats what I was feeling. And annoyingly the issue with bike feeling weird and not reving right was because I didn't realise that with the custom clutch switch bracket it's set to the lever position and when I adjusted the RCS I had to wind the lever reach adjust all the way out to get to the RCS screw, and then when I pulled the clutch lever in I crushed the microswitch on the clutch switch as the end point had moved , so bike was permanent in the idle engine map even with clutch out. Disconnected the damaged switch and all running as expected. Clutch lever feels good will have to play with 16 and 18 modes Now need to decide what to do with clutch switch , get a replacement but then can't adjust lever position without tools, screw it off and have to go to neutral if I stall, or bike sport developments do a single button add on that I could use (I have their amazing bar controls already) Annoying but please a simple thing and clutch is all.good
