  2. What do you think of the Chigee? I’m thinking of ditching my XT2.

  3. So far so good with the Chigee.

Some of the Icons are a bit small with the 5" screen - but fully useable

Connected Phone to Chigee - with bluetooth - then it swaps wo Wifi.

    Connected Helmet to Bike

    Connected Phone to Bike

If your not in a rush for one - the 6" version is out soon... so while maybe a little more £ it would help with the small icons (speed limit signs)

Its definately a well built unit.

    No complaints so far.

  4. You should count yourself lucky using the Connect app. I am running the Ducati Link app, which is even flakier. Ducati in their wisdom, decided to stick with marrying it to a Bluetooth 3.0 module (DMS) which will not allow you to sync it to the bike and simultaneously connect the instrument screen to your phone and bluetooth headset. It is one or the other, else the app just crashes. Admittedly the app records much the same data as the DDA but it can also log your route, so if that is of importance I have to forego the luxury of being able to use the satnav or make/receive calls and/or listen to music.

Curiously the latter two functions only work in "Street" mode on the Panigale V4. I guess Ducati assume you have better things to worry about and to command your attention, than music and phone calls/text messages when you are getting a wriggle on. Wish they had updated the module to BT 5.0 but it seems they have poured a lot of R&D into the Connect app instead, as it seems adventure tourers such as the Mutistrada, are possibly seen as as a more wide use case for such accessories, as opposed to a sports bike.

  5. Couldn’t post pictures as unit was sent back as faulty screen .
