TT SCHEDULE: FRIDAY, 30 MAY The Clerk of the Course has confirmed a revised schedule for Friday (30 May) utilising the contingency session in the evening in addition to the scheduled afternoon session: 11.15am - Mountain Road closes 12.30pm - All roads closed 1pm - Superbike/Superstock 2.05pm - Sidecar 2.55pm - Supersport/Supertwin 4.30pm - Roads reopen EXCEPT the Mountain Road 6pm - All roads closed again 6.30pm - Superbike/Superstock 7.20pm - Supersport/Supertwin 8.10pm - Sidecar All roads to reopen no later than 9.30pm

I love the manx for the riding and ease of watching but i know exactly what you mean.... The TT is breathtaking....
Update for anybody going or travelling..... Saturday's races are now on Monday. Saturday is now qualifying
Peter Hickman has had a big crash in practice tonight and has been taken to hospital. Practice cancelled for the evening.
Announcement said Hicky was conscious and stable, on his way to hospital in the helimed. Fast part to be off.
Initial reports this morning are saying Hickman suffered a significant leg injury after a mechanical issue with the bike. If I remember right it’s very close to where he crashed last year, and was photographed in Ginger Hall having a pint waiting to be picked up.
Suspect it will be a while - back, shoulder, chest and facial injuries apparently. It's a fast spot to come off.
on the 2023 may day run i was parked with three other panigales, hickmans current girlfriend was chatting to us, she had just passed her test and was on a KTM 390, a month of 2 later she bought a daytona 675, which she took to PHR for tuning, where they met, the rest is history hope they re ok
He’s never been the prettiest just good to see him smiling and on the road back to a full recovery already.
