Hello all. I'm new to the forum, although I may have had an account on this one before - certainly one of the UK forums when I lived in the UK. I moved from near-Cambridge to Florida in early 2010 and in anticipation of the move sold my 2002/3 900 Supersport i.e. in October 2009. She was a beauty and I would have kept it forever had we stayed in the UK. It just seemed uneconomic at the time to send her across the Atlantic: “I’ll just buy another one over there” I thought... Well, 15+ years later, I finally bought my first motorcycle Stateside, a new GSX-R 750 (yes, still sold in the free world), and then a couple of weeks ago won an online auction for a 1995 900 SS/SP. The SP is currently being shipped the 1,000+ miles from Texas to home - photos once delivered. Anyway, back to my old UK Supersport. It’s a long shot, but does anyone know the whereabouts of OU03 LHV? The DVLA shows she’s SORN’d, the last MOT expired 2021 and last change of ownership was in 2015. I’d be interested in re-acquiring her - maybe to bring here or keep at my parent’s house in Cumbria for when I regularly visit - or it would be great just to connect with the current owner. Welcome to the forum...I bought your Ducati from you in 2009, rebuilt the engine and changed the styling a bit. I sold it to an old bloke from Louth in 2015, and I assume it's still there if that was the last change of keeper. I never did manage to finish the paintwork, but all the original parts went with it!
