i'm possibly guilty of being pedantic, but do have lots of time on my hands lately. ..i could be wrong but think there's another clue in there also.
TRUE STORY - At my last place of work we once received a massive tender document for a project in Scotland that was worth two parts of fuck all. It would have taken longer to put the tender together. Anyway, in the middle of all the pages we had to respond to with company data etc we put in a recipe for a cake (think it was lemon drizzle cake) to test whether all the pages/our answers to their questions were read. No one from the council ever pulled us up on it which would suggest that they don’t read any of the bullshit they ask for. We still got the job.
In the early 90’s a college had to compile a weighty business case document for our MD. She put many hours into it and discussed at length with many senior colleagues. It was submitted. The MD tore her to shreds about the submission and told her to re write it. She was flummoxed as it was really good. She left it a week, changed the typeface and sent it back to him. He congratulated her on her excellent work. Go figure.
I used to write documents that had random letters in bold...if you noted them down in order they spelled out messages...usually of extreme frustration
you've reminded me of some earlier CAD drawings on an Integraph system, you could dimension a component but right hand click or similar to hide a note of your own choosing, I used it in a similar manner, I wonder if they were ever discovered
Take your pick. Posted this one before but it needs a couple of photos if only for those rear tyres. AC Bristol An engine & it's owner A lovely lovely Lancia - gawd I'd look cool in that And spotted this in the gas station on the way back. The bulk head & doors are Ford Pop and the rest is custom built. Independent suspension front & rear with a Mustang fuel injected motor. When off around the roundabout like a scalded cat & sounded lovely whilst doing it. A Fraser Nash - possibly not quite as quick as the Ford Pop
