I'm glad they are looking after you Chris. Personally I've been trying to get a non-urgent appointment for 2 weeks now and my surgery just keeps telling me to call back. I refuse to lie that it's urgent until it becomes so as I think that's part of their problem. last time I needed them them was 2 years ago, to remove 8 stitches in my leg, and I was trying to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance. My surgery told me Nurse appointments were booked out for 3.5 weeks, and suggested I go back to A&E to have them removed, which certainly isn't why they are there. All I'll say is that it helps having a Vet Nurse in the house. .
