Mine go to the local ambulance service who are happy to pass them out to other centres and share them around for paramedic training. They will take old jackets, gear, gloves etc. the more familiar they can get with all bike gear the better for us all
I offered my old Arai but they didn't want it as they had too many. Generous bunch Motorcyclists and who doesn't love a good excuse to get a new helmet? Just donate the old one to a good cause! Everyone wins!
Go down to McDonalds and offer them to the Deliveroo riders, they will probably bite your hand off for a better quality helmet (although they prefer a flip front)
