It's seems too easy to complain when things go wrong, but, we seem reluctant to give praise when thing go right. Just picked my bike up from Cornerspeed after a belt service an the bike feels perfect. I messed Neil around with me dropping the bike off due to poor weather last weekend. When I did manage to drop the bike off, we covered all the work needed, and Neil explained in detail what he would be doing. Mid week I was on he phone to him for quite some time discussing the work done and a few advisory points he'd found. Picked the bike up today, and I'm shown the old parts that had been swapped during the service. Even explained how a the plugs were still serviceable, hence not swapped and saving me money. All what you'd like from a good service. We discussed a few other parts that may be required soon, and Neil gives advice on how to save some money. Neil is a genuine Ducati enthusiast that truly understands good customer service.
I unfortunately live too far away from Cornerspeed to use their services regularly but Neil did the business for me when my bike got back on the road after a four year lay-up. So from me, too.
Neil has done the last 2 services on my bike & it runs even better than it used to thanks to Neil's skills.
