You seem lucky. I had the same issue in store. Tried to call customer service who said they can't do anything their side and that i need to go into the store! The same store saying they couldn't do anything their side to re-enable the card.
Today got the call from 0330 135 9779 Halfords (Chantelle) and she after a previous email check. Reverified if I've spelt it correctly which I cba to check. That my details were correct & re-submitted by trade card into the portal. For whatever reason of not responding to an email or some glitch mine got suspended.
Fab. I’ve just finished my call with them. She was adamant they couldn’t check any trade card details over the phone. Had to be done in store. Even asked her “supervisor”
