After I bought mine from Roy back in 2018 there was an issue with some keys snapping. He sent out new lock assemblies complete with key sets to his customers to resolve that if I recall correctly. He also more recently send out, to anyone who had bought a lock from him, a rubber bung that attaches to the plastic dummy lock barrel that you use when the real barrel is removed. This plugs into and blocks the keyway to prevent ingress of water and road detritus while riding. @Treadlighty I hope that you get one of the latter with your new lock barrel.
