Cheers, it looks like Im leaning that way for the tiles, path of least resistance and all that. I shall check the Sealy stuff as well.
I've had Ecotile products down for nearly 10 years now and they seem fine. They have some big customers, and the tiles have stayed the same for ages so if they get damaged you can get replacements. For things like a storage rack and classic bikes I put an off cut under the stands. At one point I had a bike lift on them with no issues. The recycled versions of their tiles are a bit cheaper but less colour options on those.
