Multi V4S - 2013 - 4500 miles. Front brakes pulsating (judder) when applying a firm pressure - not an emergency stop - but only on over 70 mph. Under 70 mph there is no pulsation / judder - they feel good and solid. If the discs are warped I would have expected them to pulsate / judder at most speeds. Any ideas.
Try cleaning the bobbins between the disc and centre - use Brake Cleaner - You can also put a nut and bolt through the bobbin and put the end of the bolt in a battery drill to spin the bobbin.
does sound like could still be a warp as pads can often follow the offset/distortion at low speed resulting in no reaction at the hand/foot lever as opposed to "knock-back" at higher speeds. Often the best way is to get the front airborne and rotate the wheel while lightly dragging the front brake or alternatively just studying the disc from front as it turns etc. If it's been happening for some time then you can often see it as a different shade/sheen on the brake disc surface if pronounced.
I will try both suggestions and keep fingers crossed. If discs are warped, then, I presume should be covered by the Ducati 4 year warranty. Correct?
your bike is 2023 and you bought it new ? I would just go ahead and contact the dealer you bought it from to confirm.
