I’m looking to mount an Insta 360 on my 2023 Rally. Evotech have one, but it’s out of stock. Anyone else fitted a Insta 360 to a V4S Multistrada and able to share ideas and even photos. Thanks
small stainless steel sheet with the right angle, I made a drill with a rubber washer to avoid scratching, and a hole coinciding with the screen screw, and I already have three insta 360, the x3, the x4 and now without testing yet, the x5, you can put it both vertically and horizontally
I got my dash cam just under the beak in the reversed U shape if you look head on. Might be alright spot to hide a permanent mount for a camera you take on/off - but limited view if you want to capture landscape around you.
I will be interested to see peoples option’s having just bought a 360. I used the supplied handle bar clamp which seems very sturdy snugged up by the clutch side housing. Being a 360 it’s less fussy about actual position, close to power seems advisable for touring or day rides as mine got through its battery in just under two hours. Not terrible tbh but they always quit at the wrong time..My first and only test footage is pretty dark as I got the metering all wrong..
