  2. Good day at the office.
Fitted the Domino to the RSV4....so not only is it a better product that the OEM....obviously its a quick action throttle. It actually fits better, the throttle cables are spaced apart a bit more than the oem so rather than exiting from the top it can be turned 45deg and exit to the side meaning for the first time when on full left lock the right angled part of the throttle cable doesnt hit the fairing. And as before got the cabling just right so theres no play in the throttle. Not had the chance to test ride yet.

At the same time - found that the reg/rec cabling was quite literally fried, how it got me back from the TT ive no idea. (and this is harking back to the lad with the Panigale/Engine fucked issue). I got to strip all the cabling, cut it back..its always been too long, always so i was kinda looking for an excuse to cut it back. I used a generic Honda cable from the 400/4 build to rebuild the wiring...In the meantime i might try to find the correct plugs but not worried if i cant. All in all a thoroughly satisfying day... 20250810_113819.jpg 20250810_113829.jpg 20250810_115225.jpg 20250810_122753.jpg

Also fixed the central running light on the zed....by buying a new one so a five minute job on that front...

Had a fucked rear nut on the sxv which had threaded so drilled that out and replaced with a Ti jobbie.

  5. The news reports are apparently incorrect. Three were riding with the guy that died and were taken in for questioning but were not arrested.

Two had passed the area before the accident had happened, and the third was a minute or so behind the accident so didn't see it happen. But allegedly CCTV shows the two pedestrians had come out of a pub and were staggering all over before stepping out in to the road. It seems it was a tragic accident.

  15. Fired up the red one and pointed it towards wales stopped off at the Old Stores Motorbike Cafe in Mold for a coffee.
M56 was a car park in places but the roads off the motorway were fabulous. Lots of empty twisties to thrown the bike into.
