I think that bike could benefit from more stickers, definitely room for more stickers – they haven't put any on the front headlight for example.

If a long lost uncle dropped me a few quid in his will I'd buy this. Think tail unit & underslung brake caliper probably wrong, but good price for Mk1 with Mavic wheels and full floater discs.

 

I know the guys at MotoHub and they are excellent mechanics. Ben Wylie (former TT Racer, Macau...) and Sam West really know their Ducati's. Sam West is racing a 916 in the Manx that he's just built... so if its been recommissioned by them I'm sure it'll be a very sound bike!

 

I would assume poorly executed rattle can black to hide scabby corrosion and pitting, and be pleasantly surprised if it was anything better than that.

yes, it is unusual. One of his other listings includes the first ever Taglioni pasta, which was "L" shaped

 

I find that proper mercenary...yuk.

 

Same as buying a bucket of rust with Land Rover series 1 paperwork. Might be wrong but close to being illegal I think
