  1. Ok likely not as not close this time

  2. Seems stage one is the closest to me (Woodbridge east Suffolk) but the official site mentions no word of it…

  3. It’s not even the same country lol.

  4. I totally get that. The worst of the female peleton would still have wiped the floor with me when I was young and fairly fit....and then there was Beryl Burton !

  5. Matthew Brennan has just beaten Jonny Milan and Danny Van Poppel in a flat out sprint at the tour of Germany. We have a star in the making. Just turned 20 too.

  6. Jasper Philipsen wins the opening stage of the Vuelta, superb and not many predicted it, there’s going to be so few sprint opportunities over the next three weeks too so bodes well.
Up the Vuelta. Going to be a corker.

  7. Israel Premier tech getting bummed by protestors at the TT has just brightened my day.

    Keep politics in sport imo.

Vingy back in the red jersey.

  8. I read Chris Froome has had an horrendous crash during training in France. GWS. Andy

  9. Doesn’t have much *luck does he.

  10. Jay Vine wins stage six from the breakaway on *home soil for his third Vuelta stage win.
Ayuso gone in the first week!
Torsten Trein takes the red jersey from Vingy by over two and a half minutes.
    Crazy day.

  11. Juan Ayuso makes a comeback of Lazarus like proportions to win stage 7 of the Vuelta, chapeau my mate.

  12. jasper Philipsen wins his second stage of the tour and stage 8.
Largely dull and uneventful day culminating in a very messy sprint, even by my limited experience/knowledge of watching the bikes.

  13. Vingy goes with 10k to go in the pissing rain and takes the win on stage 9.

Trein in the red jersey dropped by over two minutes.
Almeida pulls himself and Pidcock back to take second and third on the stage. Pidcock goes from 10th to 4th in the GC standings.
Trein retains the red jersey by 30 odd seconds but it’s only a matter of time now.

  14. Olaf Kooij (Visma) wins stage one of the tour of Britain in a sprint finish coming into Southwold.

Great to see soo many people at the side of the roads. :upyeah:
