@Dibble I changed my rearsets and flipped the linkage to try out raceshift. Went out for a ride round the block to test it and the bike wasnt playing ball at all with it. I had to turn the ignition on and go through the gears without the bike running and the bike re learned the normal shift pattern... so even though i currently have the linkage flipped 180 degrees, its still in road shift pattern. Maybe someone knows why and can help with that as maybe I missed a step. But other bikes are as straightforward as flipping the linkage
