I dont understand the exact details but if the US does a rate cut....its go time (for the unwind) and i was listening today a .25 and very probably .50 is on the cards for this month... pretty sure something will happen to stop it...someone will change a rule or something like that...the goalposts will get moved and the can get kicked...
Just been to curry’s to get a new laptop for my course, as I thought it would be easier to return if there were any issues despite it being £40 more expensive than @mazon and they’re not owned by a complete cunt. Spoke to yer man with the ordering tablet thing and was advised I’m second in the queue and it should be at the counter “within 20 minutes or so”. Where the hell are they going to get it from, the curry’s 20 miles away?! No wonder people do the majority of their shopping online these days.
Sunshine and showers in Holland today . A couple of walks around some small pretty villages . At a nice campsite for €29 for the night with electric hook up and shower block with underfloor heating . Posh. Belgium tomorrow starting to head home.
There's worse, went to a department store to purchase a kettle around a hour round trip, apparently they would need to order the product in and I could pick it at a later date.
Getting camping stuff ready for a trip this weekend down the d940 from calais to saint quentin. If me and the FIL get that far i dont know but back sunday. Weather.. probably tipping it down, more reason to stop for a coffee and enjoy the slow pace of the enfield bullet 500
Thought you might have gone down the A127 and camped at Southend some great views there Have a good trip hope it’s dry
We all have a soft spot for enfields. Went round India and Nepal on a 350 bullet 25 years ago. Plenty of pics please and good luck with the weather
Id love to own one myself just to cruise around on. FIL will be on his 500 while I twiddle my thumbs on the hyper . Mate has lent me his insta 360 so shall see what I can do
My commute I do the backroads of Hockley and Hullbridge like a nutta on my Scrambler 1200XE (trumpet) to compensate
We found that when in the Dolomites this year, liked it. And then, purely by coincidence, passed the brewery on the way to the Stelvio on the way home.
Rode this DRZ400E to DVSA test centre for Sons A2 mod1 test, he passed with a clean sheet. Mucho panic when we arrived his L plate had fallen off, off to Halfords I darted to buy a set of learner plates and mount it. 10 days until mod 2 and then hopefully no L plates for another 2 years.
