V4 Mileage Eaters ?

  1. Skipping the annual service would surely void the 4ever warranty.
Just had mine done and it was an hours labour so just over £100 , nothing was required but I got them to check the hill hold control as it didn't ever feel the same / as slick an operation as on my last Multistrada but they reported it all fine, so peace of mind in the bag which is always nice.
Bike is at 5k in the 1st year so next service will be at 9k which will be oil & filter etc. so more expensive which i guess will be around June/July next year again maintaining the warranty which im not sure I'd ever jeapordise as can only imagine a large bill if something goes wrong !
But for me I tend to run for 3 years , put the 1st MOT on the bike and then sell & search for new dealer discounted bikes so I feel I've gotten a bargain

  2. I have owned a Multistrada 950 from new 2018 model. I live in Spain and have put 110,000kms on it. Other than a small front fork leak at 75,000kms, the bike is as good as new with no problems and still going very strong. If it ain't broke don't fix it. I also have a 2005 Monster s2r dark with 46,000kms on it. Look after the bikes and they will look after you.:D:D
